Lev is co-owner of The Sanctuary at Stonehaven and its Executive Director. He is a registered North Carolina Family Care Home and Assisted Living Administrator and is a certified Medication Aide.
Lev is a life-long entrepreneur who has built several successful IT-related businesses but The Sanctuary at Stonehaven holds special significance for him. Opening an intimate assisted living home as its Administrator was an opportunity to engage meaningfully every day with his residents, provide a valuable service to local families, and work alongside his daughter, co-owner of the business.
Donna is a 1992 graduate of Presbyterian Hospital School of Nursing. She has experience in a variety of settings, focusing primarily on caring for older adults. Most recently, she has been working in skilled care, assisted living and memory care facilities in and around the Charlotte area.
At The Sanctuary, she oversees our Certified Nursing Assistants and Medication Aides, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and our policies and procedures. She assist in creating and monitoring each resident's plan or care and assesses residents' health on a regular basis. Additionally, she ensures proper health record maintennace and provides on-going training and support for our caregivers.
Resident Care Coordinator
Mary is The Sanctuary's Resident Care Coordinator, responsible for overseeing the implementation of each resident's care plan and supervising the smooth operation of the residence. She is Certified Medication Aid, Certified Nursing Assistant, and a Certified Medical Assistant. Mary also has an Associate's degree in Business Management.

Karen is a Certified Activity Director and a member of the NCCAP. Karen has 21 years experience in recreational activities in various healthcare settings, Assisted Living, Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing and Memory Care facilities.
Karen enjoys working with the senior population. She is creative, energetic, and plans activities that appeal to our residents based on their preferences and abilities, enhance their quality of life, and provide a positive environment for creative expression. Karen loves life and works diligently to help others enjoy theirs as well.
